Salthill – With its beautiful promenade, is one of the most popular seaside walks in Ireland. Everyone who know “it” loves to “walk the prom”.
Visit:
- Leisureland indoor Swimming Pool.
- Play golf at The Galway Bay 18 hole course.
- Go fishing, horse riding, cycling.
- Play tennis.
- Visit the outdoor funfair in the summer.
- Take the children to the playgrounds.
- Visit the pubs and listen to traditional Irish Music.
- Eat in the best restaurants and last but not least, spend a while at Salthill’s lovely Blue Flag Beach.
Tours:
Connemara – A scenic Gaelic area – including the Aran Islands, Cong and Clifden. Drive or take a tour bus. There is a bus connection to catch the boat to the Aran Islands, Cliffs of Moher and the Burren. Again you can drive or take a tour bus. We can arrange for you to be picked up and dropped back to the destination.
Horse Racing – 7 day festival starts on the last Monday of July every year. There is also a 2 day festival in September and October.
